So if you are following me on TikTok, IG and FB, you will see that I demonstrate fillers and heat devices….we’ll call them. But, you will see that my platform is about wellness at all levels. That is exactly what we cover in these blogs as well as social media. One does not need to invest in pricey products or procedures to look their best. What comes to mind is a response I saw to a supermodel who I really like (she’s from GenX times) discussing her morning regimen on a Vogue clip. She’s Australian and sweet as can be. So many comments made cracks like “well, you don’t talk about your botox and filler,” or “if I had your money, I could look good as well.” Okay, now that is just mean. If that is how someone thinks, well, guess what? One could have all the money in the world, but a mean heart and thoughts don’t help one look good.
One of the most cost-effective ways yet most difficult is to change how you think. If YOU think you’re ugly, well then you are. If YOU say you’re bad at math, well then you are. If YOU say you can’t live without your junkfood, well then you can’t. I think I made my point. First thing to any change come from the person, ie YOU. Then, comes patience. This is best seen with weight loss. Even weight loss in metabolic changes such as aging and menopause. You see the only constant is change. If you keep that in mind, and have an honest talk with self, anything is possible even if not your 100%. When you’re self-talk improves and daily keep practicing it, you will see a change over the months. With productive and positive self talk, you will be amazed how you glow. How you come up with ideas for self care. How you will go for that walk. No one says you have to compete in an Ironman to be fit. So, wellness at all levels doesn’t cost a ton of money. It takes honesty to self and remembering that you are what you think. Blessings.
